Privacy Policy — BillWay (billway.in)

  1. What we collect: When you create an account we collect your name, email address and password. When you set up your business profile we collect your business name, address, phone, GSTIN and the customers, products and documents you create in the app.
  2. How we use it: Your data is used only to provide the BillWay service — generating quotations and invoices, sending transactional emails (account verification, receipts, support), and improving the product. We never sell your data.
  3. Storage & security: All data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored securely, isolated per account, and backed up regularly. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing.
  4. Cookies & third-party login: We use session cookies to keep you logged in. If you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google shares your name and email with us under Google’s own privacy policy.
  5. Data retention & deletion: You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing admin@billway.in.
