Terms of Service — BillWay (billway.in)

  1. Service: BillWay provides online quotation and invoice generation tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
  2. Accounts & trials: New accounts include a 7-day free trial. Paid plans (₹399/month or ₹2,999/year) activate after payment verification. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you enter.
  3. Acceptable use: You agree not to use BillWay for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to access other users’ data.
  4. Payments & renewal: Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  5. Availability & liability: The service is provided “as is”. We work to maintain high availability but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  6. Termination: We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
